Courtney Pickard is an experienced real estate professional who specializes in working with investors, developers, and buyers purchasing single family homes, multi- housing, land, and development opportunities. Since partnering with Bryant \ Reichling in 2011, she has overseen $550M+ in transactions and has successfully launched sales & marketing programs for 15 new development communities in Los Angeles.
A 2015 graduate from Loyola Marymount University with an MBA in Finance; her skill sets span all mediums of a deal from marketing and photo producing to pro-forma analysis and acquisitions underwriting for developers and investors. Naturally oriented toward communication and problem-solving, she prides herself on being responsive, creative, and knowledgeable as she assists her clients in achieving their unique real estate goals.
Courtney calls Silver Lake home and in her free time likes entertaining, gardening, and walking. Her favorite buildings are the Equitable Building in Koreatown and the Hall of Justice in downtown Los Angeles.
